25 Fun Facts About me.

  1. At age of eight, I was still using my baby bottle. It was difficult to let go my best friend.
  2. According to my mom, as a baby I was a very quiet child. She would wake me up to eat and I would go back to sleep. We figured that the responsible was my thumb. I was born with the thumb in my mouth and I sucked it until the age of eleven, more less. My dad covered my finger with aloe vera (the bitter part) in several occasions to make me stop, but it did not work.
  3. Another bad habit as a child was to squeeze my parents and brother’s ears. My brother was annoyed by that, but he didn’t have another option. Thus, there was mini-me sucking my thumb-finger and squeezing ears.
  4. Even though I had my own bed I liked to sleep with my parents, but when I was around six to seven years old my legs got to heavy and I was sent to sleep to my room. I would throw my heavy legs over my poor mom.
  5. When I was a child/teen my mom always knew when I liked a another child/teen. I would write his name everywhere (my notebooks, my skin, the walls, etc.)
  6. Once, I fell in love with Goku from Dragon Ball Z.
  7. I’m very sensitive. I cry with movies.
  8. I want to live in a world without fire arms, if I become president one day … I’ll fight for it. lol
  9. When I was a child I would go under the table and pray God to make me shorter. I was always the youngest, but the tallest of my class. In the Dom. Rep. parents tell to their kids that going under the table will keep them from growing. Today, I am a vivid example that it is lie.
  10. I didn’t like my skin color. I wanted to be white.
  11. I am scared of sharks. Even if I’m in the shore of the beach… I am always eyes open.
  12. Motor vehicles used to make me dizzy.
  13. I plan to travel the whole world before I die.
  14. I’ve always regretted of not having a twin sister.
  15. I’ve wanted to be in every field you can imagine (police, doctor, architect, lawyer, etc.)
  16. I am an overprotective mom.
  17. I love traveling, so I became a flight attendant.
  18. I wish one day I could create a program similar to Medicaid/Medicare and the food stamps for countries like Dominican Republic, Haiti, among others.
  19. I don’t like fruits and vegetables.
  20. Before I came to the United States I believed I spoke English. Once here, I realized I was not even close.
  21. I am afraid of driving in my native country (Dom. Rep.)
  22. I have a list of artist I would like to meet in person one day.
  23. I love God. I visit Cristian churches and catholics as well.
  24. I am a cosmetologist as well, and one day I will open my own beauty place.
  25. I work out often. My husband is my personal trainer. I hope one day I reach my goal of having the shaped body I dream about. I would even consider body building.
